The testing phase is a key step on all manufacturing processes.
COMPEL GROUP provides specific operations to test all its electronic products, from single cards to complex systems, by means of dedicated machines and instruments, evaluating continually product test flow and cycle time optimization in order to maintain the test efficiency.
To reach these goals, the Test Engineering Dpt. works to narrow contact with customer R&D since the beginning of the project and proposes facilities needed to optimize the manufacturing product flow .
Testing operations are carried out by means of manual/semiautomatic benches or full automated ones, depending on the production volumes or specific considerations.
At this purpose, COMPEL GROUP relies on his own Test Engineering Departments to design, build, debug and release all required test solutions, both manual and automatic, developing the relevant HW and SW or up-grading the existing benches according with the customer requirements about the measures and test procedures to apply in Production.
Today COMPEL GROUP makes extensive use of ATE (Automatic Test Equipment), in order to:

• Increase the test coverage
• Increase the quality measures
• Generate automatic test report with 100% back-up
• Rationalize and standardize the operator stations and testing tools
