Service, with the following capabilities:
- Specialized benches for fault analysis,
repairing and testing

package components (BGA, CCGA, press-fit and micro press-fit
connectors)
- Replacing and re-testing of optical
components (modules, pig-tails)
- Electrical
parametric check (In Circuit, Flying Probes) and structural
check (X Ray inspection of the solder joints)
