Consistently with the Compel Group new product/service strategies, we inform you that on August 02, 2011 Compel Electronics S.p.A. transferred the whole of Technolabs S.p.A. shares to Intecs S.p.A.. Such decision represents the first stage of a wide range partnership between Compel Electronics S.p.A. and Intecs S.p.A..
